Beech, the newest of the Pinecroft Lodges, is spacious and full of character with full height ceilings and exposed beams.
It is little wonder then that Beech has already proved itself very popular with groups of friends, families and businesses looking for .a unique venue with plenty of indoor and outdoor space .
Beech’s 3 bedrooms containing 6, 5 and 4 built in bunk beds. One of the beds in each room quickly converts to a double bed if required enhancing Beech’s flexibility.
All bedding is provided but not towels.
The large dining kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker with 5 burners and oversized oven/grill, microwave oven, toaster, tea urn, fridge freezer, second fridge and dishwasher as well as generous cupboard space and dining tables and chairs.
Beech’s lounge faces South and has soft seating for 15 and a television with free view satellite channels and a DVD/CD player.
Men’s, Ladies’ and disabled shower and toilet facilities and a storage / drying room complete the interior of the building.
Beech is centrally heated with an easily adjustable underfloor system and is fully double glazed.
Cots (but not cot bedding) and baby chairs are available at no additional cost if required.
Outside, South facing verandas overlook the landscaped grounds and there are tables and chairs and a large barbeque.
Ample parking is available adjacent to the Lodge and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer on the site.
Beech is a no smoking building and we regret that we cannot accept pets.
Beech - Terms and Conditions
Consideration must be shown to other guests and to neighbours of Pinecroft at all times. In particular, music must not be audible outside the building at any time.
Unless otherwise agreed “you” means the person making the booking. “We” or “us” means the partners of Pinecroft.
A request to make a booking constitutes an offer by you to take a letting of 1 or more of the lodges for the period and number of occupants specified. We may accept such an offer at our absolute discretion. Any such acceptance will be confirmed in writing.
Bank holiday weekend bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights. All other bookings are for a minimum of 2 nghts.
A deposit of £100.00 is payable for a stay of 2 nights and of £150.00 for a stay of 3 nights or more, the balance of the price being payable on the first date of the letting period.
Whilst you will be liable for the full price of the letting from the date of confirmation of booking, in the event of a cancellation, if we re-let the building for the dates of your booking we will reduce the amount of the balance (but not the deposit) payable by you by the amount received by re-letting.
We advise that you obtain holiday insurance against the possibility of cancellation.
Bed linen is provided but not towels. A travel cot (but not linen) and baby chair can be provided at no extra cost if required.
Beech is a no smoking building and we regret that we cannot accept pets.
Full central heating is included.
You will indemnify us against any claims, costs (including legal costs), losses or expenses incurred by us as a consequence of the acts or omissions of you or any member of your party.
Beech must be left clean and ready for the next occupants by 10 am on the last morning of your stay and we reserve the right to charge for any cleaning that may be necessary.
