Self-catering accommodation at Ingleton in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales

 

Pinecroft offers 4 Lodges for up to 6 people and 1 Lodge for up to 4 people. Inside,  every Lodge is bright and welcoming.  The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, crockery, cookware, iron and ironing board.  The dining area has a pine table and chairs and in the lounge there is comfortable seating, a coffee table, a television with free view satellite channels and a DVD/CD player.  The bathrooms have a three-piece suite, electric shower over the bath and a shaver point. Bedding is provided but not towels. Cots (but not cot bedding) and baby chairs are also available free of charge.

 

Outside,  each Lodge has its own veranda from which to enjoy the attractive grounds as well as a barbecue, outdoor seating and a picnic table. Washing lines and pegs are provided for each Lodge and there is an automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer on site.  Well behaved pets are permitted in these Lodges.

 

 

 

CEDAR has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate  up to  4 people in:

PINE and SPRUCE each has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people in:

Lodges Sleeping 4 or 6 People - Terms and Conditions

 

Consideration must be shown to other guests and to neighbours of Pinecroft at all times. In particular, music must not be audible outside any lodge at any time.

 

Unless otherwise agreed “you” means the person making the booking. “We” or “us” means the partners of Pinecroft.

 

A request to make a booking constitutes an offer by you to take a letting of 1 or more of the lodges for the period and number of occupants specified. We may accept such an offer at our absolute discretion. Any such acceptance will be confirmed in writing.

 

A deposit of £100.00 per week and £50.00 per short break is payable at the time of booking, the balance being payable on the first date of the letting period.

 

Bed linen is provided but not towels. A travel cot (but not linen) and baby chair are provided  at no extra cost if required. Pets are accepted by agreement. Full central heating is included. All buildings are no smoking.

 

Whilst you will be liable for the full price of the letting from the date of confirmation of booking, in the event of a cancellation, if we re-let the lodge(s) booked for the dates of your booking we will reduce the amount of the balance (but not the deposit) payable by you by the amount received by re-letting.

 

We advise that you obtain holiday insurance against the possibility of cancellation.

 

You will indemnify us against any claims, costs (including legal costs), losses or expenses incurred by us as a consequence of the acts or omissions of you or any member of your party.

 

Lodges must be left clean and ready for the next occupants by 10 am on the last morning of your stay and we reserve the right to charge for any cleaning that may be necessary.

 

LARCH has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people in:

ROWAN has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people in:
