Self-catering accommodation at Ingleton in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales

 

Timberlodge provides self catering accommodation for exclusive use by groups of up to 48 in a unique building combining Nordic charm (including sauna) with modern practicality.

 

Sleeping accommodation is in 6 rooms with 6 bunk beds and 4 rooms with 3 bunk beds.

 

There is a large and well-equipped kitchen with gas and electric cooking appliances, 3 sinks, a dishwasher, a double height fridge, a standard fridge, a fridge/freezer, 2 microwave ovens, a tea boiler, several toasters and a food warmer. All cookware, crockery and cutlery is provided.

 

A light and airy dining room seating 48 and containing a television adjoins the kitchen.

A separate lounge with comfortable sofas is equipped with satellite television and a DVD player. Individual lockers are provided for storage.

 

Other facilities include a large purpose-built drying room suitable for drying hiking equipment and wet clothing, a laundry area including washer and dryer, free hot showers, and Men’s, Ladies’ and disabled washrooms. The sauna is adjacent to the showers.  

Parking is available (suitable for coaches and trailers), together with a lockable storage building capable of holding kayaks, canoes, mountain bikes, caving equipment etc.

 

All bedrooms have individual radiators and double glazing, and the communal areas are heated by a central underfloor system supplemented by radiators for immediate heat when necessary.

Full disabled access is provided. Timberlodge is a no smoking building and we regret that we cannot accept pets. Fleece sleeping bags with cotton liners and pillow cases can be provided, if required, for a nominal charge.

Timberlodge - Terms and Conditions

 

Timberlodge is immediately adjacent to a camp site and is close to a farm house and a caravan park. Consideration must be given to these neighbours and to other guests of Pinecroft at all times. In particular, music must not be audible outside the building at any time.

 

In the case of a booking by a limited company, “you” means the company. In all other cases, “you” means the group leader or contact making the booking. “We” or “us” means the partners of Pinecroft.

 

A request to make a booking constitutes an offer by you to take a letting of Timberlodge for the period and number of occupants specified. We may accept such an offer at our absolute discretion.

 

All bookings are for exclusive use of Timberlodge.

 

Weekend bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights and bank holiday bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights.

 

A deposit of 25% is payable upon booking, the balance being payable 60 days before arrival.

 

Whilst you will be liable for the full price from the date of confirmation of booking, in the event of a cancellation, if we re-let Timberlodge for the dates of your booking we will reduce the amount of the balance (but not the deposit) payable by you by the amount received by re-letting.

 

We advise that you obtain holiday insurance against the possibility of cancellation.

 

You will indemnify us against any claim, costs (including legal costs), losses or expenses incurred by us as a consequence of the acts or omissions of you or any member of your party.

 

The building must be left clean and ready for the next occupants by 10am on the last morning of your stay and we reserve the right to charge for any cleaning that may be necessary.
